This tool makes it easy to choose what part of the letter to use when calculating the stroke width. A correct stroke width is critical when using the density database for a particular module, where the stroke width (along with can depth) is the key parameter in determining how many rows of modules are needed for a given letter.
While in the PowerFlow tool, simply press Alt+S with the cursor positioned inside the letter and the new stroke width will be calculated.
To confirm that the stroke width is accurate, turn on Show Stroke Width Line in the Options Menu.
