This toggles on and off the wires connecting LED modules.

In general it is a good idea to have the connecting wires turned on while you are laying out the modules so that you can see any red wires. But turning off the wires lets you see the layout with a cleaner view, perhaps to confirm that the modules are in the correct positions.
