The Reconnect Runs function will connect runs from a parallel layout in one operation, as opposed to having to connect each line manually.

In this example, we start with the population on the left, and then connect them in the graphic on the right. Note that sometimes with parallel runs, the Row Spacing is larger than the Module Spacing, leading to unreachable red wires connecting the runs.

Be sure to select all the modules and runs that you want to connect. If you want to connect all modules in the layout, then you can use SHIFT+A to select all.
