This toggles the display of LED module drawings. When the option is unchecked, then the modules simply draw as rectangles, as below.

Please note that you can also export a layout with simple rectangles instead of the more complex drawings. In the Export dialog, de-select the layer "LED Module Drawings" and instead select the layer "LED Modules." You can also de-select "LED Wires" if you just want the basic module shapes.
