This will update the statistics in the title block template. Depending on how you have the statistics set up, this may include the individual letter stats on the right side of the screen, or below each letter.

When you use the function Merge Title Block Template, you are also creating the initial set of Statistics. If you then make some module edits, this is how you will update the statistics with the changes.
