This toggle will turn off the rendering of Flex Tubes and just draw the underlying string of modules.

If you are editing the vector paths of the tubes, turning off the rendering can make it easier to see what you're doing. This is also useful when you have a large layout that can slow the system down with the rendering of all the tubes.
